Энэхүү төсөл нь дөрвөлжин орон зайн хүрээ / өндөр 16 метр / нийт урт 30 метр / нийт 18 метр урттай.

1. Ган зайны хүрээ суурилуулах ажлыг доод бүтцийн тэнхлэг болон суулгагдсан хавтанг хүлээн авсны дараа хийх ёстой.Доод талын тулгуурт тавигдах шаардлага нь: зэргэлдээ тулгууруудын хоорондох өндрийн зөрүү (зай L2): ижил өндөрт L2/800 ба 10мм-ийн бага утга. Хамгийн өндөр ба хамгийн бага тулгуурын өндрийн зөрүү: 20мм;

2. Сүлжээний хүч, бүтцийн шинж чанар, барилгын ажлын бодит нөхцөлийн дагуу ган сансрын хүрээ суурилуулах үйл явцыг тодорхойлох;

3. Ган зайны хүрээ суурилуулсны дараа дараахь зүйлийг шалгана.

а.Хажуугийн босоо болон хэвтээ уртын хазайлтын зөвшөөрөгдөх утга нь уртын 1/2000 бөгөөд 30 мм-ээс ихгүй байх ёстой;

б.Төвийн зөрүүний зөвшөөрөгдөх утга нь ган хүрээний зайны 1/3000 байх ёстой бөгөөд 30 мм-ээс ихгүй байх ёстой;

в.Захын хэсгээр дэмжигдсэн торон хүрээний хувьд зөвшөөрөгдөх өндрийн хазайлт нь зэргэлдээх тулгуурын 1/400, 15мм-ээс ихгүй, хамгийн их ба доод хэмжээ нь 30мм-ээс ихгүй байх ёстой;олон цэгээр бэхлэгдсэн торон хүрээний хувьд зөвшөөрөгдөх өндрийн хазайлт нь зэргэлдээх тулгуурын 1/800 бөгөөд 30 мм-ээс ихгүй байх ёстой;

г.Техникийн үзүүлэлтүүд болон дизайны шаардлагын дагуу сүлжээний хазайлтыг илрүүлэх.Барилга угсралтын дараа ган сансрын хүрээний хазайлт нь төслийн тооцооны үнийн дүнгийн 115% -иас ихгүй байна.(Сүлжээний хүрээний хазайлтын хамгийн их утга L/250)

4. Орон нутагт гагнуурын бөмбөлөг байгаа бол гагнуурын бөмбөлөг болон савааг гагнахдаа ховилын гагнуурыг ашигладаг бөгөөд гагнуурын давхаргын зэрэг нь хоёрдугаар зэрэглэлээс доогуур байж болохгүй.

5. Сансрын ган каркасын угсралтын ажил дууссаны дараа сансрын хүрээний холбоос, савааны гадаргуу нь цэвэр, сорви, шороогүй байх ёстой.Боолт бөмбөлөгний холбоосын үе ба илүүдэл нүхийг тосоор дүүргэж, битүүмжлэх шаардлагатай.

6. Сүлжээг ашиглах явцад зэврэлтээс хамгаалах иж бүрэн засвар үйлчилгээг 4-5 жил тутамд хийх ёстой.

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
